Today I bought a pretty thank-you card and filled it out with an anonymous thank you note and put it in the mailbox... To whom? Well, in Sweden we are fortunate enough to go to University for free, not only don't we have to pay any tuition, but we also get subsidised studentloan and grants, equal for all, with the only requirement that you take 75% of your credits each semester and don't have any full time income. This has given me the opportunity to take my masters degree without worrying about financial issues. I am now writing my thesis-exam-paper; (about coaching of course!) and look forward to start working in the fall. The thank you card was given to the local agency in my town, called the CSN, where they have been processing my applications during the last four years. And when there's been some kind of problems they have fixed it. Thank you!
