I'm a new member as well and this is my first posting. I was impressed with the radical change you made in your life and how you grabbed the bull by the horns and went for the gusto.
Your honesty and candor are refreshing! I needed that!
I, too, found Cheryl thru Oprah and I'm deeply grateful for having found both of them. Cheryl's Life Makeover approach is simple,
genuine, honest, loving, and IT WORKS! I'm still learning a lot,
above all, learning to speak peacefully and not from an angry place; and... there is so much more to learn.
