Hello everybody,
Through the ususal series of 'coincidences' and personal serach I have been adviced to seek 'coaching', a supportive activity I was not aware of.
Unfortunately, I currently live in Cyprus (small island south of Greece) where the only known coaching is for future soccer stars...
I wrote to Cheryl's site, but apparently she is not available for e-coaching due to her busy schedule, which drives my search back to square 2.
Has anybody out there, with a better knowledge of her ideas and ways, got any replies to these questions:
* Is e-coaching possible?
* How can one get around to get 'couchelling' without a 'coach'?
