I am in the middle of reading one of Cheryl's books on finding your passion. I am generally a happy and positive person and am grateful for all that I have. I have known for a long time that I am passionate about children. I love being around them and just love everything about them. I spend a lot of time with others' children - either through family, friends, volunteering, etc. However, I am currently in my mid-thirties, single, with no children. I feel as though I've been in pursuit of this stage of my life (the point where I actually have my own children) for the last 15 years! I'm not exactly looking for relationship advice here though. What I'd like to know is -- is it possible to feel like you can't really get to the point of really "living your best life" until your passion is fulfilled? Is 'wanting to have children' even a passion? I have pursued other passions but I still generally feel unfulfilled. There's only so much I can do by myself in this case!

Maybe you are afraid? did you ever try to pick up a book on having a baby and maybe someone told you how painful it was.
possible your feeling indifferent because you have no children just remember mosses and sarah had a son in their 90's so their is hope. Never say Never but it takes two. Not some flim flam and by all means don't be in a rush.Hon. Take your time. You know in Oprah last month issue she ran a test to see what it is your looking for in a man, write it down? What are your best qualities and what are his best qualities you need? Who are you?Can you put a mental picture in your mind of just what happiness is for youself? Maybe you should start some Goal's to get you prepared for a mate and child? That's quite a lot of work-You must get out their and get hurt a little the first one may not be the one for you or you may be afraid of relationships?eoeoooooeie got to run write ya soon? so keep your dreams alive you are your best asset-don't let your fears keep you from experience.Love jeannie/cinderilla
