Hi

Today I came home from work and it hadnīt been one of those nice days you know. A lot of inner struggle, very tired when I came home and so on. Actually much of my day had different kinds of struggles and inner sadness.

Coming home I looked at some messages here but the feeling of sadness just wouldnīt dissapear. Thatīs why I just really felt like sharing and reminding myself where Iīm going. Sending it out here and perhaps even further.

I donīt know an awful lot about what kind of goals Iīm going for right now but I know this:

I am on the path to create a life full of love,

A life full of joy

A life full of peace

A life full of harmony

A life full of wisdom

A life full of beauty

A life full of even much more.

Is there anyone here on the same kind of journey who feels like sharing their ways? I would love to hear from you! I donīt follow any programs, but I use much of what Cheryl has written and anything else that inspires me.

Lots of love

Irinja

Hello Irinja!

It sounds like you're optimistic and wise about Life despite any sadness you feel, and that's great!

I have similar Life Goals for joy, peace, harmony, love, grace and so on, and have been trying to identify what are the steps or activities I need to take each day toward achieving the goals of having those things in my life. I journal and also have a separate notebook for identifying goals.

On the draining kind of days like you described, it's probably even more important for you to make sure you do at least one thing that really "hits the spot" in terms of making your soul feel alive. Think about what nurtures you and what makes you feel good regardless.

Also, in identifying goals, I've been trying to gain clarity on what I want spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, materially and socially in life. One of the key things that has helped me get some energy (and overall peace of mind) was learning about nutrition, identifying some problems in my diet and making changes, and making sure to get more rest and exercise. It's taken me a while to incorporate all this "extreme self-care" together, but I thank Cheryl and others for their inspiration.

Still, some days are harder than others...and on those days, especially, it's so good to have support. May you keep your goals for a life of love, peace, joy and more in sight, and may you be blessed every step of your journey!

Take care.
