Hello from Turkey

Hello everyone,
I am from Turkey.
My name is Zeycan and I am 37 years old. I have read one of Cheryl's book. I am now trying to put it into practice so I'm kind of looking for people who are willing and ready to do the same thing. I have had some problems in my life, some small and some might be big and have been dealing with a problem nowadays which I consider big. But in spite of all these things that I've experienced I am standing up. I just hope that I never have anything stronger than the ones I experienced which would nock me down. So... I still can smile thank God!

You should be very proud that you are standing up.
It is never easy to change habits and do something a different way.
I hope you have rewarded yourself somehow for getting through the hard things in your life.
Every hard thing helps us to know ourselves more and makes us grow.
Cheryls book Take Time For Your Life is also a very good book - have you read this one ???
