Hello to all of you couragious and inspiring people!
I am new at this - treads - and must admit it it is a bit scary to put my thoughts and feelings out there. But here I am, chose to do it anyway. I am in the process of looking to buy a coop (which I dreamed for yrs. of doing it) and made a decision not to go on a trip during the 2wks. this past August but to see a couple of different areas and talk with different realtors (never done it before). I the 2wks. period, I learned a lot - about areas I visited, sizes and prices of apts. as well as what kind of an apt. I like. So this past Saturday I went back to see one apt. I liked and took all measurments (to make sure all my furnitures will fit) and decided to give an offer. Even though I would like to continue to see more apt. and am not totally sure that I am ready to buy this one, I decided to try this process of signing an offer and see how I'll react if regected or accepted. In the mean time, I'll re-examine this decision and be prepared when the seller's answer comes. Thank you for any suggestions and support. All the best to all of you.
