Life Makeover for the Year 2013

Week 19 – What’s the one thing we all need now and then to help keep us fully engaged in the game of life?

May 5, 2013

Greetings!

I have exciting news! You’re invited to join me, my husband, Michael Gerrish, and my dear friend, Grammy Award-winning artist, Alanis Morissette, for a very special experience – a new retreat called, “Self-Care for the Sensitive Soul,” on March 2nd-6th, 2014, at Miraval Resort in Tucson, Arizona.  You can read all about it here. (If you intend to join us, be sure to register by June 1st, and receive an extra spa treatment as an early bird gift!).

I’m live on the radio this week (5/6 at 5pm ET/2pm PT) and you can listen by visiting HayHouseRadio.com.  You can also call for coaching at (866) 254-1579.  I’d love for you to join me.

Have a good week!

Love,

Cheryl

Topic of the Week

What’s the one thing we all need now and then
to help keep us fully engaged in the game of life?

Life can be hard.

Life can be challenging.

Life can seem to make no sense.

There will be times when you feel lost, sad, confused, impatient and unsure of your future.

That’s when you need a sign that better days are on the way…

Take Action Challenge

If you need a sign of encouragement, copy the image above and make it a screensaver on your phone or computer, or hang a copy on your bathroom mirror.  If someone you know could use a sign, email this newsletter to him or her with a note that says, “Something wonderful is on the way!”

Video

This week’s video is a striking work of art – sad and beautiful.  Like life…  You’ll find it here.  Thanks, Nanna!
