Miraval Resort - June 12-17, 2004Dear Friends, I'm delighted to announce our new "Mind-Body Makeover Retreat" at the world class Miraval Resort in Catalina, Arizona, June 12-17, 2004. During this retreat, you'll enjoy the full benefits and beauty of Miraval exclusively for our program and have access to a variety of life-changing activities, spa services, healthy food, and exquisite natural beauty. For more information on the program details and cost click here. We're excited to focus this year's retreat on whole health the integration of body, mind and spirit with fitness. We've also decided to give participants a more intimate experience by limiting attendance to 40 people. This retreat is for anyone who is seriously committed to creating new, life-long health habits and sharing their support with others. The "Mind-Body Makeover Retreat" is based on Michael Gerrish's book "The Mind-Body Makeover Project" and the schedule includes a variety of programs designed to create a total wellness plan for each participant. This plan will include:
The greatest gift this retreat has to offer is the powerful experience of community. You'll make new friends and continue to work with each other in our 3-month follow up coaching program. You'll also have access to a exclusive community board designed to help you stay connected so you can support each other after the retreat. As you join with others who are committed to improving their overall health, you'll not only become part of a terrific support system, you'll build meaningful friendships that will last a lifetime. Due to our limited attendance, we'll be offering two full scholarships this year. Each scholarship includes full participation in the program, deluxe double accommodations (room shared with another scholarship recipient), three healthy meals per day, one spa service per day, and coach round trip airfare. Joining Michael and me this year, will be Chris Rauchnot fitness and food coach extraordinaire. We look forward to spending a week in paradise with you! Warmly, Cheryl |
