For a while now I’ve dreamt of hosting a small, intimate retreat by the sea because I love the ocean and I’ve experienced first hand how water can be a catalyst for transformation.
I’m happy to say that I’ve chosen a small inn in York, Maine, for our next retreat. The Stage Neck Inn sits on a rocky peninsula adjacent to the ocean, a sandy beach, and a quaint, New England harbor.
Check out this view:
The Self-Care by the Sea retreat is a smaller group (50 women), a shorter timeframe (a long weekend), and it has a more informal agenda designed for deep conversation, self-inquiry, and plenty of connection and laughter.
Rather than use a linear, agenda-driven approach, I’m hosting a more organic, personal coaching experience for women who value beauty, simplicity, and the elegant use of energy and intuition.
Some of the topics we’ll explore include:
What it means to age consciously in today’s world.
The power of Presence.
Beauty as a healing force.
Desire and the need for creative expression.
How to open to flow and synchronicity.
Becoming the Good Mother.
Fearless boundary setting that protects the soul.
As a special experience, I’ve invited my husband, Michael Gerrish, to join us Saturday night for an evening of intuitive readings. He made an important contribution to our last Miraval retreat, not only by the accuracy of the individual readings he shared with attendees, but by the collective message that came through for the group. I think you’ll be touched and inspired by his healing gift.

Who should attend?
If you are a woman already on the personal development path who’s ready to take her self-care to a deeper, more soulful level, I invite you to join us.
