Michael Gerrish

Dear Friend

I’m happy to announce that our next “Self Care by the Sea” retreat at the beautiful Stage Neck Inn in York, Maine, is scheduled for October 26th–28th

This retreat is for 50 men and women who are ready to embrace change with open eyes and an adventurous spirit.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by your busy life, ready to take a step that’s long overdue, or facing a life challenge that needs clarity and kindness, I hope you’ll join us!

I’m excited to have my husband, Michael Gerrish, with us for most of the weekend this time.  For quite a while I’ve wanted to combine the intuitive information he receives with my coaching to support you in making meaningful changes in your life.  Over the years, Michael has made an important contribution to our retreats not only by the accuracy and helpfulness of his intuitive readings, but by his delivery.  He’s sensitive and kind, and has a great sense of humor.  And, as a therapist and exercise physiologist who’s worked with people for more than thirty-five years, he’s able to get to the root of what needs to happen for people to make successful changes in their lives.

retreat details below…

The Self Care by the Sea retreat is centered around an informal agenda designed for meaningful conversation, self-inquiry, ah-ha coaching, and lots of laughs.

Some of the topics we’ll explore include:

  • The need to revisit and reset priorities at every stage of life.
  • Cultivating the use of energy and intuition, especially during times of change.
  • How to calm the anxiety that comes with change by surrendering control and trusting in the wisdom of unseen forces.
  • How to be less afraid and more adventurous.
  • How to skillfully juggle responsibility with desire.
  • How to identify and change the unconscious behaviors, beliefs, and neural patterns that keep you stuck.
  • How to nurture a deeper relationship with yourself and others.

The intention of this retreat is for you to get to know yourself in a deeper, more meaningful way so you can center your life around who and what matters most.

Who should attend?

If you’re already on the personal development path, excited to take your self-care to a more soulful level, and ready to engage in honest conversations about your needs and desires, then please give yourself the gift of this weekend.

* In order to secure your spot, you must pay the $795 workshop fee in full. Please register only after you have checked the dates against your calendar to be sure you can truly commit to the retreat.

Past retreat participants tell us that, although they initially had some fears about paying the entire retreat fee up front, making the financial commitment bolstered their determination not to let anything get in the way of their self-care.

NOTE: Although we recognize the convenience of booking online, please book your room at the Stage Neck Inn by calling 800-340-1130 so that you can identify yourself to the Inn staff as a retreat participant. This will ensure that you get our special rate and that the Inn has paperwork specific to the retreat (like buffet lunch sign-up forms) all ready for you when you check in.

IMPORTANT: The workshop fee is nonrefundable so please be ready to make this commitment to yourself. The fee is transferable, however, so if for some reason you choose not to attend, you’re welcome to sell or give your spot to someone else of your choosing. Should you do this, please be sure to let us know so we update our list of participants accordingly.

We’ve reserved a limited number of water view rooms so if that matters to you, be sure to reserve one right away. You can contact the Stage Neck Inn at: 800-340-1130 and tell them you’re with the Self Care by the Sea retreat.

Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email my assistant, Nicole, at: nicole@cherylrichardson.com. She’ll take good care of you.

We look forward to spending the weekend with you in October!

Love,
